Position Description

We will train the ideal candidate to bring them up to speed for this position. A moderate understanding and working knowledge of hardwoods, building materials and tools used in general construction will be a benefit for interested candidates. Daily duties will be spent working closely with contractors, remodelers, and DIY adventurers to satisfy their needs for quality building products. You must be comfortable with computers and be able to operate consistently at a high level, often multitasking different projects. Dependability, a friendly demeanor, and an eye for detail are a must. Possession of strong oral and written communication skills will be beneficial and appreciated. Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS.

Full scale pay for the Showroom Sales Associate position exceeds $20/hr and will have 85% of their health insurance premiums paid by the employer. Employer offers a matched retirement plan and a variety of optional health coverage including vision and dental. Hours are 7-4:30 Mon-Fri and 8-Noon on Saturdays. Beginning your first day, you will accrue Paid Time Off and have 9 additional paid holidays throughout the year.
